My Process
📍 Business Session Locations
I love doing business shoots in a city setting; modern, clean, professional vibes!
• Sessions can take place at your business location, your studio, or a city location of your choice.
• My farm in White Hall, VA is also available for outdoor branding shots.
• Travel within 20 miles of White Hall is included; locations beyond 20 miles may include a small travel fee.
This keeps it flexible, professional, and totally client-friendly while showing you’re willing to travel ✨
Business Session Rules & Policies
Deposit Required
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.
• Your date is not officially booked until the deposit is received.
Remaining Balance
• Remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session.
Reschedules & Cancellations
• Reschedules are allowed with at least 48 hours notice.
• Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session if notice is given.
Location & Travel
• Sessions can take place at your business location, your studio, a city location of your choice, or my farm in White Hall, VA.
Session Customization
• Outfits, setups, and timing can be customized to fit your brand and goals.
• I am here to help plan your session so it highlights your business perfectly.
- I am HUGE on creativity this session is supposed to catch your clients eyes! bring props, and be down for some wild poses that you wont regret!
⏱ Photo Delivery
• Edited images delivered within 1–2 weeks of your session.
• Priority editing (faster delivery) is available upon request.
• Images are delivered via a private online gallery for easy download and use across social media, website, or marketing materials.
• Full galleries include high-resolution images ready for print or digital use.
